Is it necessary to apply to receive High-Cost Medical Care?
Application is unnecessary. Health Insurance Society calculates benefits based on "detailed medical care fee statements" provided by hospitals.
Benefits are automatically deposited in bank accounts along with salaries.
Note that by using a Myna health insurance card, you will be exempt from payments beyond the maximum copayment amount under the High-Cost Medical Care Benefits system, because your cost-sharing maximum amount information will be provided with no need to give your consent.
