How to use

Initial registration is required to start using the service.
Please register from below after six months have passed since you received your insurance card.

How to register

• ①Online Registration

  If more than six months have passed since you received your Rakuten KENPO insurance card, you can use your smartphone to identify yourself and register online.
  Please refer to the Online registration manual below.

  • *Please note that you cannot use your company e-mail address for online user registration. Please use your personal email address.
  • *You will need one of the following forms of official Identification documents.
    Driver's License, My Number Card, Residence Card, or Driving Record Certificate
  • *Please refer to Pep Up Privacy Policy for details on the handling of personal information.

• ②Registration Recommendation Notice

  In addition to the online user registration, Rakuten KENPO send out registration information to newly qualified applicants twice a year.

  For those who have registered with Rakuten Health Insurance by the end of May ⇒ Information will be sent out in early August.
  For those registered with Kenpo by the end of December ⇒ Information will be sent out in early March

  *The timing of the information is a rough estimate.
  We will send a registration e-mail to your company e-mail address or to your home address by postal mail.
  If you have lost the mail or the link in the e-mail notification has expired, please check the " How to register " section above and try online registration.

Pep Up's main features

• View health examination results
  You can review the results of health examinations administered by Rakuten KENPO over the years, manage health examination data for up to 10 years, and check on your Health Age—a statistical estimate corresponding to your current health condition based on health examination results.
• Delivery of articles about health
  The service provides articles on health across various genres that address the user’s specific health conditions.
• Recording feature
  You can manage records of your weight, number of steps taken, blood pressure, and other data.
• Participation in health challenge events
  You can participate in health quizzes, walking rallies, and other activities that promote health.
• Earn points
  You can earn points by participating in the early registration campaign and health challenge events, by achieving improvements in health exam results, and through other activities and achievements. You can exchange the points you earn for products and other rewards.
  *The range of rewards for which you can exchange earned points is expanding.
